Access and accounts

You must have the legal capacity or proper authorization to make a purchase. Provide accurate contact, delivery and billing details. Keep any account credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized activity.

Product information

Product pages describe the particular tool and included items. Minor visual differences can arise from photography and screens; this does not excuse a material difference from the description. Ask about compatibility or dimensions before ordering if the information is unclear.

Orders and acceptance

An order submission is a request to purchase. Payment authorization, stock, address verification and reasonable fraud checks may be needed before acceptance and fulfillment. If we cannot supply an order, we contact you and arrange reimbursement of any amount collected for the unfulfilled purchase.

Pricing and payment

Review the displayed price, currency, shipping, taxes and complete checkout amount before submitting payment. Only use a payment method you are authorized to use. Payment Options explains payment handling; we do not accept a request to change an agreed order price silently after purchase.

Delivery

Processing, delivery estimates, the USD 5.99 standard shipping charge, tracking and delay support are set out in Shipping Policy. Standard preparation is 2–4 business days, or up to 5 during high-volume periods.

Changes, returns and refunds

Request a pre-fulfillment cancellation or change within 12 hours. Eligible change-of-mind return requests can be made within 30 calendar days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days unless a shorter legal deadline applies. Read Return & Refund Policy for conditions, costs and statutory rights.

Kitchen-tool use

Use boards, cutters, choppers, washing tools and the kitchen scale according to their individual instructions. Stabilize equipment, keep fingers away from cutting surfaces, use a supplied food pusher, and keep children away from blades and small components. Keep electronic scale parts dry and do not assume universal dishwasher or heat compatibility. This guidance does not remove remedies for unsafe, defective or misdescribed items.

Intellectual property

Branding, original content and other protected materials remain the property of their owners. Shopping and ordinary personal use do not grant a right to commercially reproduce protected material. Any use permitted by law remains permitted.

Third-party tools and links

External services, including payment providers, may apply their own terms. We do not control an external website merely because we link to it. This does not limit our obligations for purchases made from Taverqo.

Reviews and submissions

Submit content that is truthful, relevant and yours to share. Do not include another person’s confidential information or imply a purchase you did not make. Any permission needed to display a submitted review does not transfer ownership of unrelated content to us.

Errors and corrections

We may correct inaccurate website information. If a significant error affects an existing order, we will contact you and explain available options rather than apply a disadvantageous change without notice.

Prohibited conduct

Do not make fraudulent transactions, impersonate others, misuse payment details, introduce malware, access restricted systems, scrape personal data unlawfully or harass customers or support staff.

Restricted access and service availability

We may reasonably restrict access to investigate misuse or secure the store. Maintenance and technical interruptions can occur. Restrictions do not automatically remove obligations for accepted purchases or valid refunds.

Liability and misuse

Each party remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit mandatory remedies for faulty goods. A person causing loss through unlawful or intentional misuse can be responsible as the law provides; ordinary shopping does not impose an unlimited indemnity.

Severability and linked policies

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply where lawful. Linked policies explain their stated subjects. If a published statement conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, that right prevails; contact us about other inconsistent information so we can resolve it.

Transfer and applicable law

A lawful transfer of business rights or obligations will not reduce mandatory customer protections. The operator is established in China. Applicable law, jurisdiction and any non-waivable protections in a consumer’s country govern as required; these Terms do not force a customer to waive a legally available forum.

Interpretation and updates
